Justin Moser has been promoted to President of ebmsRe, the successful stop-loss reinsurance program owned by Employment Benefit Management Services.

Moser will be responsible for the strategic and financial goals of ebmsRe and lead efforts to optimize its operations and effectively grow and expand the program, which is one of the leading stop-loss captive insurance programs in the marketplace.

“Justin is a passionate leader who communicates in a transparent manner toward achieving our mission to build highly collaborative teams,” said James Vertino, Chief Information Officer. “His industry knowledge coupled with his strong client and broker relationships are invaluable to leading ebmsRe.”

Moser has gained experience and added responsibilities during his more than 10 years at EBMS. He joined EBMS in 2007 as an Account Manager, managing and creating relationships with regional employers and brokers. He was promoted to Regional Sales Manager in 2010, Director of Account Management in 2013, and Director of Stop-Loss Operations in 2015.

“Justin’s ability to understand client needs and apply his knowledge has led to many solutions for our clients and members,” Vertino said.

Moser earned a BS in Finance from Montana State University Billings.
