EBMS has a dedicated Provider Services Department which handles the contracting, monitoring, and repricing of Preferred Provider Organization networks (PPOs), the issuing of 1099s on behalf of our clients, the requesting of W-9 forms from providers, and the general maintenance of the provider data in our claims system.

EBMS will offer our clients and participating providers with free “webinars.” The webinars will feature topics of interest to our clients, primarily educating them on new benefit programs and services, legislative updates, amongst others.
BEGINNING APRIL 16, EBMS will provide "on demand" provider training on miBenefits, a web-based service solution which was developed to assist our clients and healthcare professionals with valuable benefit information and ease their administrative workload.
