CLIENT SERVICE CENTER

In addition to web enrollment services, EBMS offers a personalized call center to cater to employees who do not have access to the web.   Client Service representatives can handle all employee enrollment transactions over the phone.

  • EBMS Client Services call center is staffed 7am to 9pm MST (Mon-Thurs); 7 am-6 pm (Fri)
